Process Consultancy at Vestas

In a six month project we followed the World leading manufacturer of wind turbines Vestas. Specifically we researched the internal and external work and communication processes of their Tools and Equipment department.

Since we are under a Non-disclosure Agreement I unfortunately can’t get in to detail of our findings, proposals and such.
